Γεννάδιος· γεννήθηκε στις 7 Ιανουαρίου 1844· γιός του Γεωργίου Γενναδίου, Διδασκάλου του Γένους· σε ηλικία δεκατριών ετών πήγε στη Μάλτα όπου φοίτησε για τρία χρόνια σε Αγγλικό Σχολείο-Κολλέγιο· αργότερα πήγε στην Αγγλία όπου προσλήφθηκε στις επιχειρήσει των αδελφών Ράλλη του Λονδίνου· η πρώτη δημοσιογραφική παρουσία του έγινε τον Ιανουάριο του 1869· αντιπρόσωπος της Ελληνικής Κυβέρνησης στο Λονδίνο· μετέφρασε έξι άρθρα με το ψευδώνυμο "Dios Genna"· ασχολήθηκε και με μεταφράσεις· δημοσίευσε μεγάλη σειρά από άρθρα και μελέτες πάνω σε ιστορικά γεγονότα, αλλά και σύγχρονα πολιτικά, διπλωματικά και οικονομικά, επίκαιρα και πολύ ενδιαφέροντα· τα άρθρα του ήταν, ως επί το πλείστον, ανώνυμα ή με ψευδώνυμα όπως: Διός Γέννα, Diplomat
